mark strain came to me and said"toM BaNNish is the MOst HONest guy he has ever met!!!

Your brain needs more of a time-out than just missing the next game to recover from a concussion. New research suggests student athletes who are too active -- not just on the field, but at home and school -- may hinder their recovery.

dean tripp told me that when mark QUIT thermotron.. he was doing himself a "favor" because tom bannish was finding to more and more difficult to have to "lie" for him..
this was because tom bannish taught mark and the other employee's that it is OK to "lie" to the customer and co-workers.. "SURE we'ss get back 2 U!!..
he went to TRW .. and the other guy there in the LA/conoga park area who didn't go to work at TRW .. he went to dallas TX office to replace Dick Alverson.. who quit..
and then a year later .. they "DRUMMED OUT HIM" they hired 2 field service technicians to replace him..
and told the New guys.. that they were to make it HARD for him!! and drum him out..
this is thermotron management in operation!!

Fred Plont career at thermotron consisted of ,
1.. falisfying your travel time (embezzling)
2… Falisfying your labor time (embezzling)
3. Padding your charges (stealing)
4.. Take the customer to lunch!!
Hey —- it looks like Fred Plont’s job at thermotron was the same as Dean Tripp !!

ReplyDeleteTom bannach the blasphemer has been working with such equipment for over 35 years. Banach and hil sybesma went to each others church-- normally it only takes a year and a half of training at Ferris state University to perform this fun--c--tion.. Tom started at Thermotron (Holland, Michigan, where he currently resides) in 1968.
During that time he drummed out many of his co-workers and after druming out jeff shulti who was the mid-west manager .. ( talk 2 tom patterson or dick alverson) TOM rose to West Coast Service Manager/dispatcher (lier and slander) where he defrauded over 90% of his co-workers and drummed them out.. He encouraged everyone to be dishonest and deceitful, and embezzles a little bit every day.. and he bragged that every one would believe his lies.. dean tripp in framing ton new mexico a long time thermotron employee as dean may tell you they (thermotron)like people who steal and lie..they way they are( 1 of them ) and they then have something to (hold over them) Fred Plont said about tom bannach "He left the west coast in "SHAMBLES"
